The housing work we undertake outside of the social housing sector is carried out through property/estate management companies on behalf of landlords or Residents' Associations. The work involves cyclical redecorations, pre-painting repairs and general building repairs to both the external elevations of the properties and to internal public areas.
We utilise digital photography to provide a comprehensive record of repairs thereby enabling customers to authorize unforeseen but necessary repairs without the need to visit site on each occasion.
CLC is able to comply with the new CDM regulations and ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with Health & Safety legislation including the Working at Height Regulations.
