Resident Liaison

Resident Liaison is at the forefront of all CLC’s operations within the Housing sector. We understand that communicating with residents throughout the entire works process, from the initial introductory meeting to the handover of their newly refurbished property, is essential in achieving a successful outcome.

Our Resident Liaison Officers (RLO) act as the main point of contact for residents and provide the crucial link between ourselves, our clients and the residents. These professional individuals are selected for their understanding of customer needs, communication skills and their ability to get things done to the satisfaction of all concerned.

RLOs work either from an on-site office or a suitable alternative location and are responsible for:

With experience of working with residents from a diverse range of ethnic origins and cultures as well as those who may have a disability, we have the facilities in place to communicate with them and provide our literature in alternate languages, large print or audio format upon request.
