CLC is committed to supporting the regeneration of depressed economic areas. This means that investments are made based on economic impact in the broader sense, ensuring that the areas in which we work see lasting benefit rather than merely improved buildings.

We are committed to addressing the skills shortage in construction and recruit locally from the areas in which we operate. Amongst other things this means people from these areas having the opportunity to fulfil their potential and earn a living that will provide an income that can be circulated throughout that area, thereby stimulating the local economy.
